Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use the few we need to run the site, and, only if you say yes, some optional ones that help us understand how people use it. You can change your mind at any time:
Strictly necessary
These make the site work and are always on. The law allows them without consent.

Analytics (optional)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and steps people use, such as signing up, adding the first figures, producing a first report or choosing a plan. If you pay for a subscription after allowing analytics, our server tells Google Analytics the plan and amount, linked to the same anonymous browser ID, so we can see which pages lead to customers. We don't send your name, email or company to Google. Google Analytics isn't loaded at all until you allow it.

Session recording (optional)
With your consent we use Microsoft Clarity to see heatmaps and replays of how the site is used: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. Anything you type is hidden, and inside the app every figure and name on screen is hidden too. Clarity never runs on pages whose address contains a private link, such as password reset, invitation and supplier request pages.

Marketing (optional)
We don't run advertising yet. If you allow marketing, and we later advertise with Google, Google may use your visit to tell us whether an advert led to a sign-up. We never sell your data or show you adverts on this site.

Cookieless measurement
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure how fast pages load. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and doesn't identify you or follow you across sites. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't load it.
Your choice is recorded
When you choose, we keep a record of what you chose, when, and which version of this policy you saw, under a random ID stored in the cr_consent cookie. If you're signed in, or sign in later, the record is linked to your account. This lets us show that we asked. We keep these records for two years. We ask again after six months, or sooner if this policy changes.
