What changes for NHS suppliers in April 2027?

Contracts of £5 million a year or more, and all new NHS frameworks, will need a Carbon Reduction Plan covering your global Scope 1 and 2 emissions and all relevant Scope 3 categories, not just the five the current rules ask for. Procurements started before 1 April 2027 keep the current rules. The pack shows which categories you have measured and which still need data or an explanation.
