Carbon comes from the UK government greenhouse gas conversion factors for 2026, the same factors as your reports. For cars, a rough fuel cost per mile comes from HMRC's advisory fuel rates. HMRC sets those for reimbursing fuel in company cars, so we show them only as a guide and say so beside every figure.

Does it cover tax or grants?

No. Company car tax, capital allowances, grants and the cost of buying or leasing a vehicle depend on your business and the vehicle, so we leave those to you and your accountant.
